Winter Can’t Stop Development in the Health-Tech Corridor
Numerous development projects continue to progress despite the recent snowy weather.  New apartment projects scheduled for completion in 2018 include CentricOne University Circle, and Innova phase two.  New townhomes are currently under construction at Euclid Ave. and E. 73rd St. as part of the One Midtown Project.  The Link59 office building now has its orange and gray facade up and the  interior buildout continues along with the adjacent Phoenix Building.  DigitalC is also nearing the end of construction on its new creative coworking and education space, the Tech Hive, scheduled for completion in early February.  We look forward to more announcements and groundbreakings to come as the redevelopment of the Health-Tech Corridor continues.
Cleveland Culinary Launch Kitchen Expands Into New Facility to Help Food Startups Scale Up
Cleveland Culinary Launch Kitchen (CCLK)  will be expanding from its current location at 2800 Euclid Ave into the new Cleveland Food Hub on Carnegie Ave in Midtown.  While the current facility offers shared kitchen space, the new facility will offer private 700 SF commercial kitchens to give food startups the space they need to scale up.  The private kitchens will allow tenant companies to obtain certifications such as USDA Organic, Kosher, Halal and gluten-free.  The Food Hub will also offer shared dishwashing and storage facilities.
