Projects at Link59 Development Site Nearing Completion
First announced in 2015, the 12-acre Link59 campus at Euclid Ave. and East 59th St. is nearing completion.  The vision of the site as a new business and healthcare hub in the heart of the Health-Tech Corridor is coming to fruition.  The Link59 office building already houses MCPc’s new cybersecurity center on its top floor and will soon welcome Growth Opportunity Partners and Vintage Tea and Coffee.  The University Hospitals Rainbow Center for Women & Children is nearing completion and expected to open in the next couple months.  The developer of the site, Hemingway Development, has moved its office to the first floor of the redeveloped Phoenix building.  Construction is also moving quickly on the new Dave’s supermarket which has an expected opening date of early 2019.
