Serve as a technical expert within the manual specialty areas of the Core Laboratory. Specialty areas include, but are not limited to, ELISA and molecular genetics. Coordinates and directs daily workflow to provide accurate and timely results. In addition to performing diagnostic procedures and job functions of a Medical Technologist, assumes responsibility for problem solving and staffing issues, and demonstrates and encourages professional and technical excellence among staff. Communicates with CHL staff, clients, physicians, and vendors. Assist in technology transfer from Research and Development to CHL Clinical Laboratory.
The technical lead will be responsible for the underlying architecture of the platform, as well as for overseeing the work being done by any other software engineers working on the project. NOTE: a “full-stack” developer would be ideal, but is NOT required. What is required is the technical lead has a strong breath of knowledge across the stack, but is very deep in one or two areas.

The primary responsibility of the Supply Chain Manager will be the development, coordination, and management of IAI's manufacturing partners. In this role, the Supply Chain Manager will be expected to serve as the primary point of contact for all external partners involved with the development and manufacturing of IAI products.
