Baker Electric Building
The Baker Electric Building provides more than 52,000 square feet of office and wet and dry lab space. It is home to biomedical companies including Simbionix, Volcano, Arteriocyte Medical Systems and Diagnostic Hybrid. The building is a registered historic and architectural landmark, built in 1910 as a showroom and service facility for Baker Electric Motor Cars.
BioEnterprise
BioEnterprise is a nonprofit business formation, recruitment, and acceleration initiative designed to grow health care companies and commercialize bioscience technologies. Since July 2002, BioEnterprise has accelerated more than 100 companies that have collectively attracted over $1 billion in new equity funding. BioEnterprise provides client companies with experienced business guidance, access to business and clinical resources, and introductions to funding sources. BioEnterprise maintains a 44,000 square foot incubator facility for emerging technology companies.
Cleveland Clinic Innovations
Cleveland Clinic Innovations commercializes all inventions and related capabilities from the Cleveland Clinic. Its comprehensive approach includes prototyping, seed and product development funds, clinical trials, translational research cores, animal facilities, on-site-accelerator, executives-in-residence, allied venture capital, expert staff, venture advisors, start-up mentoring programs, selective in-licensing and ideation labs. Cleveland Clinic Innovations maintains a 15,000 square foot incubator for emerging Cleveland Clinic companies.
Cleveland Midtown Innovation Center
The Cleveland Midtown Innovation Center provides emerging technology space from 25 to 11,800 square feet. Tenants have access to equipment such as: 4-axis computer controlled milling machines, ovens and computer controller temperature chambers, complete machine shop, MEMS packaging facilities and equipment, clean room, class 100 laminar flow bench, chemical hoods and utilities, electronic fabrication and test equipment including network and spectrum analyzers at frequencies up to the GHz. range, all at very affordable rates. The building has fiber for gigabit communications. Free car parking and indoor bicycle parking is also provided.
Global Cardiovascular Innovation Center
The Global Cardiovascular Innovation Center (GCIC) provides incubator space to house start-up companies developing innovative solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. The incubator offers 50,000 square feet of prime, state-of-the-art space. Clients enjoy customizable laboratory facilities for new product research and development activities, flexible office space and conference rooms. The facility provides clients with convenient access to world-leading clinicians and investigators along with all of GCIC’s business support services.
The MAGNET Innovation Center Incubator Offices and Laboratories
The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network (MAGNET) provides a comprehensive package of business assistance services to support the growth of technology-oriented companies, including managerial services, incubator space, and access to an experienced product development engineering team.
Tenants in the 85,000 sq. ft. MAGNET Innovation Center enjoy access to high-quality space and facility amenities, including: high quality office, manufacturing, and lab space; flexible lease terms; office furniture and shared office equipment; 24 hour access; security services and secured parking; utilities and janitorial services; kitchens and eating facilities; conference rooms with presentation equipment; high-speed internet access and discounted telephone rates.
MidTown Tech Park
The $28 million MidTown Tech Park currently under construction offers 128,000 square feet of new state-of-the-art incubator space on 6700 Euclid Avenue in the center of the HTC. In the project’s second phase, a 40,000 square foot building will be renovated to provide additional office, incubator and parking space.
